Tzevet Mikey, the main program of the Lone Soldier Empowerment Foundation, is the premier pre-army training program, preparing young men and women both mentally and physically, for service in IDF's combat units.

All of Tzevet Mikey's Instructors are veteran combat soldiers, commanders, and special forces operators with years of experience in the military and in army-prep frameworks. Yet what makes them stand out most is their dedicated time *volunteering* within the organization, giving back to the next generation of Lone Soldiers. 

The program consists of intense physical workouts, Hebrew learning, army academic lessons, and distance marches (מסעות). An integral part of the program in addition to the army prep is the team building, and leadership developing experience and life-long friendships that are formed between the participants in the program. 

Those who commit to the program will be changed for the better. The program is free for all participants.
