An award-winning leadership development and training company, U & Improved offers personal and professional development programs that deliver powerful, hands-on experiential training. Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, the company works with Fortune 500 companies, small and medium-sized businesses, and individuals who want to learn, grow and improve.

U & Improved is leading the charge in the heart-based leadership movement and is committed to sustainable, long-lasting ROI-driven results. Unlike the typical leadership training organizations, our classes are small, intimate and designed to lead students through experiential processes that impart the knowledge to immediately implement improvements in their personal and professional lives. Students break through barriers holding them back and walk away with newfound focus, self-confidence, self-awareness, enthusiasm and passion. Our elite team of highly experienced trainers give each student individualized attention, feedback and coaching. Classes are engaging, challenging and rewarding and include follow-up coaching and exclusive access to a like-minded community of alumni.

Through our unique hands-on activities and processes, our performance-based classes enable immediate application to real-life business situations. We believe that when you develop and improve the individual, you improve the entire team. We give our graduates the tools to take what they learned in the classroom straight into the workplace.

Through our individual one-on-one coaching programs, as well as our core classes and corporate workshops, the U & Improved team empowers you and your organization to succeed.
