Aurelien Etasse

Aurelien Etasse has extensive experience in maintenance management, currently serving as the Responsable Pôle maintenance National at U Logistique since September 2013. In this role, Aurelien directs maintenance for 23 warehouses, manages a team of around 120 personnel, and oversees the strategy and purchasing for maintenance across the organization. Previous positions at U Logistique include Coordinateur Maintenance and Responsable maintenance, where Aurelien focused on performance indicators, budget optimization, and multi-site management. Aurelien began the career as a Technicien de maintenance at Howmet Ciral SNC, improving existing processes and developing automation systems, and has also worked at Sfa Euromat and served in the Marine Nationale as a Mecanicien d'armes. Aurelien holds a Bts in Technologie de maintenance et réparation électrique / électronique from Académie de Paris and a Licence in Systèmes automatisés from Université d'Angers.
