Beth Evers

Beth Evers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operations across various military and governmental organizations. Currently serving as a Management Analyst at the United States Air Force Headquarters A5/7 since April 2021, Evers also holds a position as a Management & Program Analyst at the U.S. Secret Service, where responsibilities include advising on organizational effectiveness and reviewing national guidance documents. Prior experience includes serving as an Operations Officer at The Joint Staff, managing real-time operations and training exercises, and holding multiple roles such as Knowledge Management Specialist and Management Analyst. Evers began a career with the US Navy, reaching the rank of Petty Officer, and has developed a strong foundation in quality assurance and performance improvement throughout numerous assignments, including at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard and US Joint Forces Command. Evers holds an Associate's degree in Engineering Tech/Quality Assurance from Tidewater Community College.
