Tom Sofka

Tom Sofka, GISP, is currently the Chief of Execution Support and Geospatial Integration Officer at Yokota Air Base. They have extensive experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams for the Air Force, including serving as the DAF Utilities GeoBase Program Manager, where they contributed significantly to asset management and GIS applications. Tom holds a Master of Science in Geographic Information Systems from Johns Hopkins University, and is currently pursuing an MBA at LSU Shreveport and attending the USAF Air War College. Their diverse background includes roles in both federal employment and the private sector, supplemented by academic experience in geomatics.
