Troy Ruby

Troy Ruby is currently serving as the Chief of Staff for the Intelligence Directorate at US Strategic Command. They have held various leadership positions in the United States Air Force, including Division Director at USSTRATCOM and Commander of the 97th Intelligence Squadron, where they commanded a 500-person airborne ISR squadron. Troy has also led the 301 Intelligence Squadron as Director of Operations and commanded the 33rd Student Squadron, responsible for the training of junior officers. They obtained a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Northern Colorado, in addition to completing Joint Professional Military Education II at the Joint Forces Staff College.
