Since our founding in 1967, US Drop Forge has grown to become recognized as a sophisticated leader in the impression die forging industry.

As a Tier 1 supplier to the power generation, petrochemical, shipbuilding, cryogenic, fluid transportation, and numerous other critical industrial applications, US Drop Forge's commitment to quality and service has set us apart from our competition.

We don't forge 500 lb shafts. We forge the 50 lb valves, brackets, and linkages that are critical to keeping your systems running – the smaller details. US Drop Forge is built for the “in-between"—where parts are too complex for casting but too small for heavy forge shops.

By having our own in-house die design and manufacturing, we focus on specific size envelopes, we offer the fastest turnaround in the industry for custom and critical/emergency orders.

Most forge shops prioritize massive tonnage, which leaves the small-to-medium parts (under 100 lbs) stuck in long lead-time limbo. At US Drop Forge, high-temp alloy components are our specialty. We’re ISO/PED certified and can handle the custom, emergency runs the big shops turn down. Interested in a quote for your next small-batch project? Contact us today.
