William Eucker is currently serving as J56 Theater Force Posture at U.S. Indo-Pacific Command since 2022. Prior to this role, Eucker was the Director of Navy Programs at the U.S. Embassy in India from 2020 to 2023 and worked as a Speechwriter for the Commander at Allied Joint Force Command Naples from 2017 to 2019. Eucker is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Geopolitics and a Master of Philosophy in Technology Policy at the University of Cambridge, while also working toward a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the United States Naval Academy.
