Jeff Smith

Jeff Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in military strategy and operations, currently serving as N&NC/J7 Chief for Campaign, Integration, Assessment, & Futures at NORAD & US Northern Command since November 2022. Prior roles include Deputy Director of Strategy, Policy, Plans, & Assessments at Special Operations Command North and Strategic Planner at USNORTHCOM. Jeff has held various leadership positions, including Terrorism Branch Chief at USNORTHCOM's Special Operations Division, and has a robust background with the 5th Special Forces Group. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Defense Analysis (Irregular Warfare) from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Government from Saint John's University.
