Matthew Graham

Matthew Graham is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience as a U.S. Army officer and strategist. Currently serving as a DoD Corporate Fellow at Lockheed Martin, they previously held the role of Division Chief for Policy and Doctrine at U.S. Space Command, where they pioneered doctrine for space operations. Matthew's extensive background includes leadership positions with The Joint Staff and in HQDA G-3/5/7, where they managed sensitive planning efforts. With degrees from the United States Air Force Academy and The George Washington University, they are actively seeking strategic planning or Chief of Staff positions for Summer/Fall 2025.
