Stephanie Russian

Stephanie Russian is a seasoned Human Resources Specialist with extensive experience in classification and organizational development within federal agencies. Currently serving at U.S. Space Command since April 2021, Russian provides critical classification expertise and guidance to senior staff, facilitating the establishment of the command. Previous roles include serving as the primary classifier for the Local National Direct Hire Program at the United States Air Force and managing the Office of Workers Compensation Program for the Department of Defense. Russian's diverse background also includes improvements in training practices and program development at the US Army Corps of Engineers.
