u-student aims to grow to around 4000 bedrooms and has a very focused target city list, with our third development, The Studios – U Student Village which opened in September 2014 in Newcastle our room numbers increased to 973 and we continue to look for suitable development opportunities.

u-student.com was founded in 2004 by Managing Director, Martyn Boak. After 25 successful years in business working in the construction & property sectors throughout the UK, Martyn decided there was an opportunity for a smaller, though very professional student accommodation provider to bring clean, new, modern, secure yet vibrant accommodation to the market, coupled with a very focused and professional approach to managing that accommodation
