Facundo Trancillo

Facundo Trancillo is an experienced culinary professional with a robust background in the food industry, including roles as Owner and Baker at El Nido boulangerie from December 2020 to September 2023, and as CEO of Trigo pan y cafe since September 2023. With a career spanning over a decade, Trancillo has held positions such as Executive Chef at El Jalapeno, Head Chef at various establishments, and Second Kitchen at Babaloo resto bar. In addition to culinary expertise, Trancillo has served as a faculty member at UADE since May 2018. Training includes a Professional Cook degree from Instituto Argentino de Gastronomia and additional certifications in avant-garde cooking and vacuum cooking from various institutions.
