Currently, they serve as the Co-Founder and Co-director of Tejiendo Futuro, focusing on developing capabilities that adapt to market transformations. Previously, Tam held roles such as HR & Organizational Culture Director at Mega Research and Human Resources Manager at Yuca mercado integral, where they implemented strategic human resources policies and enhanced team dynamics. Additionally, they are an international lecturer and mentor, sharing their expertise in recruitment and agile methodologies.
