Daniela Bianchi

Daniela Bianchi is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Director of Legal Affairs at Ualá since October 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Associate at Marval, O'Farrell & Mairal from September 2012 to October 2020, providing extensive legal advice on loans, debt issuance, mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring, and banking regulations. Daniela also held the position of International Visiting Professional at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates, and has been an Assistant Professor and Interim Professor in various law subjects at the University of Buenos Aires. Daniela obtained a Master's degree in International Private Law from the University of Buenos Aires, a Law degree from the same institution, and an English Sworn Translator degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina.
