Juancho Rossi is the Director of Software Engineering at Ualá since April 2025. Prior to Ualá, Juancho served as the Chief Technology Officer at Clau from February 2022 to March 2025, where leadership in technology, product, and UX for a proptech platform led to raising $50 million in funding. At Mercado Libre, from September 2015 to March 2022, Juancho held various roles including Senior Product Development Manager, overseeing large IT teams and KYC & AML initiatives. Additionally, Juancho co-founded and served as CEO of OFELIA, a marketplace for Latin American handmade goods, and has held engineering positions at several organizations including Cablevisión and UNDP. Juancho's educational background includes an MBA from IAE Business School and certifications in coaching.
