Tom Vos

Tom Vos is currently an assistant professor at the Department of Private Law at Maastricht University, affiliated with the Institute for Corporate Law, Governance and Innovation Policies and the Maastricht Law and Tech Lab. They also hold a visiting professorship at the Jean-Pierre Blumberg Chair at the University of Antwerp, where they teach international corporate governance and supervise research on European corporate governance. Additionally, Vos works as a part-time associate in the Corporate and Finance Practice at Linklaters Belgium, advising on corporate governance and securities laws. They have served in various educational and advisory roles, including as a lecturer and a member of the editorial boards for legal publications. Vos holds multiple degrees, including a PhD focused on corporate law from KU Leuven and an LLM from Harvard Law School.
