Werner Jacobs

Werner Jacobs is a Med Major Flight Surgeon at Belgian Defence and a Professor of Forensic Medicine and Pathology at the University of Antwerp, where they lead the Center for Forensic Medicine at the University Hospital of Antwerp. They previously served as a Central Ombudsperson at UAntwerpen and as a Staff Physician in Anatomic and Forensic Pathology at UZA. With a robust educational foundation, including multiple advanced degrees in business and medicine, Jacobs has made significant contributions to forensic medicine, military health, and health care management. They also hold a PhD in Tropical Pathology and have been recognized on the Dean's List during their MBA studies.
