European Project lead by Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca (UPSA). 

The project aims to enable Ukrainian Higher Education institutions (HEIs) and Vocational Education and Training (VET) to adopt the European competence framework Entrecomp and develop best practices in curricular internationalisation for the acquisition of global competences. 

This is to be achieved through the creation of: 
1. Creativity Hubs: These hubs will facilitate micro-certified Lifelong Learning, fostering innovation and creative skills among students and educators. 
2. Digital Platform for MOOCs: A platform for micro-certifiable, gamified Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) will be developed to make learning accessible to remote populations or audiences with special needs.
