Ralph Kaiser

Ralph Kaiser serves as the President, CEO & Chairman at UATP, overseeing all commercial and strategic aspects of the commercial/B2B payment network for travel and travel-related services. Additionally, Ralph holds the position of VP & General Counsel at PayPal, and is a member of the Customer Advisory Board at Commercial Payments International and Global Advisory Board at Overseas Private Investment Corporation. With a background in international finance and law, Ralph previously worked as an Assistant General Counsel at Export-Import Bank of the United States.
