Rob Webb

Rob Webb is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the financial services and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Ubank since November 2024, Rob has also founded and leads Southern Ocean Seaweed as CEO since December 2021. Prior to these roles, Rob was the Chief Digital Officer at Vietcombank for one year and held the position of SVP & Head of Core Customer Technology at First Abu Dhabi Bank from October 2020 to March 2022. Additionally, Rob acted as General Manager of Customer Service and Third Party Technology at National Australia Bank from September 2018 to October 2020. Rob holds a Master’s Degree in Geology from the University of Adelaide, complementing a solid educational background that began at Glenunga High School.
