Tharvindren Nellan is a dedicated operations and planning manager with extensive experience in the aviation and customer service industries. Currently serving as Manager of Operations & Planning at UBASE Asia since September 2023, Tharvindren previously held the position of Assistant Operations Manager at Scicom MSC Berhad from September 2019 to August 2023, managing key projects for Malaysia Airlines and Shopee. Tharvindren's earlier roles include Manager of Operations & Sales Support at Malindo Air, where responsibilities included sales outlet management and resource planning for the nationwide call centre.
