Brian Herbst

Brian Herbst is an accomplished operations and workforce management professional with extensive experience in optimizing forecasting and operational plans. Currently serving as Director of Operations/Workforce Management at UBC since September 2015, Brian previously held the position of Director of RMG/Forecasting at Express Scripts from May 2004 to September 2015, where leadership of a team focused on long-term forecasting, vendor planning, and cost management was central. Additionally, Brian's background includes roles at Cingular Wireless and AT&T Wireless, with a solid foundation in scheduling and business analysis. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies/Health Care Management from the University of Central Florida, earned between 2009 and 2017.
