Bryan Luce is an experienced professional in the field of health services research and policy. Currently serving as the Chief Science Officer at the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) since May 2013, Bryan also holds the position of Senior Vice President at United BioSource Corporation, where engagement has been ongoing since 1995. Prior to these roles, Bryan was the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of MEDTAP International from 1983 to 2003 and served as Senior Vice President of Science Policy at the same organization. Education includes a Ph.D. in Health Services Research from the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health and degrees in Bachelor of Science, MSPH, and MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
