Eric Struck has a diverse background in both the scientific and nonprofit sectors. Since August 2022, Eric has served as the Secretary for Logan County Pride, while concurrently holding the position of REMS Auditor at UBC since April 2025. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant Chemist at Pace Analytical and as a Quality Assurance Technician and Laboratory Technician at Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories. From July 2019 to August 2022, Eric was the Compliance Manager at Cresco Labs, focusing on government relations. Additionally, Eric worked as a Senior Quality Compliance Project Coordinator at United Biosource Holdings Inc. from December 2023 to May 2025 and participated as a Diversity and Inclusion Committee Member for the City of Lincoln, representing LGbTQIA+ interests. Eric earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology/pre-medicine from Saint Xavier University with a GPA of 3.6.
