Jennifer Lim

Jennifer Lim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in patient and client services, currently serving as the Director of Patient and Client Services at UBC since January 2016. In this role, Jennifer is adept in managing specialty and retail products, including rare diseases, by designing and launching patient access and adherence support models, as well as developing innovative solutions for existing products. Prior to UBC, Jennifer held the position of Director of Specialty Quality at ACS Specialty Pharmacy from January 2012 to October 2015, focusing on quality reporting, project management, accreditation, and process improvement. Jennifer's career began at Aetna Specialty Pharmacy, where Jennifer served as the Head of Continuous Improvement and Project Management from 2005 to 2012.
