Joe Devine

Joe Devine is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business development and sales within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Currently serving as Executive Director of Business Development at UBC since March 2008, Joe has consistently surpassed quotas, achieving over 140% annually from 2018 to 2023. Previous roles include Account Director at PRA International, where Joe excelled with biotech accounts, and as a Producer at The Graham Company, focusing on large, high-risk accounts. At Covance, Joe held positions that encompassed strategic account management and business development for large pharmaceutical companies. Early in their career, Joe contributed to clinical operations and research at Covance and the University of Pennsylvania, after earning a BA in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania.
