Mike Townley

Mike Townley is the President and Co-Founder of CREO, Inc., a consultancy focused on improving human health for life sciences, healthcare, and private equity companies. Townley has extensive experience in information technology roles, serving as Chief Information Officer for UBC since March 2025, and previously holding the same position at Clinipace Worldwide from December 2017 to February 2020, where leadership included the implementation of clinical applications and data analytics platforms. Townley also served as Chief Information Officer at SciMetrika, LLC, overseeing corporate IT operations and security for Federal information systems. Prior experience includes a Senior Director role at RTI International, managing a $9M budget and a team dedicated to enterprise applications. Townley holds a B.S. in Computer and Information Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
