Patty Frank currently serves as the Vice President of Pricing Strategy at UBC since August 2025. Previously, Patty held the position of Vice President of Pricing Analytics at Parexel from November 2019 to July 2025, and prior to that, served as the Senior Director of Pricing Analytics. Patty's experience also includes a role as the Director of Global Deal Management at Syneos Health from January 2018 to September 2019. Additionally, Patty worked at INC Research for nearly two decades, ultimately becoming a Director of Finance during the period when Kendle was acquired in 2011. Earlier in Patty's career, roles included Manager of Financial Analyst at Great American Insurance, Senior Financial Analyst at Gibson Greetings, and Senior Associate at PwC. Patty holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Miami University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
