Fred Cutler

Fred Cutler is a Professor of Political Science at the University of British Columbia, where they conduct research in political behavior and teach graduate and undergraduate courses in research methods, Canadian politics, and public opinion. They are the founder of Prograds and a co-founder of WeVu.Video, where they serve as CEO. Previously, Cutler held the position of Academic Chair and Managing Director at UBC’s Faculty of Arts Instructional Support and IT, overseeing a team that supported a large faculty and student body. They began their career as a Policy Analyst with the Government of Canada after earning a Bachelor's degree from the University of Toronto and a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan.
