Randy Penny

Randy Penny has extensive experience in the manufacturing and logistics industry. Randy began their career in 2006 as the Worldwide Director of Operations at Trimble Navigation. In 2014, they moved to Amazon as a Transportation and Logistics Manager. In 2015, they joined Konecranes as the Director of Sales Support for the Regions America. In 2017, they became the North American Inventory, Logistics, and Fleet Manager at Xylem Inc. in Charlotte, North Carolina. Most recently, they were appointed Sr. Director Manufacturing and Logistics at UBCO - Electric Adventure Vehicles in 2022.

Randy Penny attended Antioch College from 1988 to 1991 and earned a BA in Business Management. Randy also attended ITT Technical Institute from 1981 to 1983 and earned an AS in Mechanical Engineering. Randy also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
