Michael Bullen

Michael Bullen has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Michael is currently serving as the Head of Infrastructure Operations Centre at UBDS, a digital transformation partner specializing in cloud advisory, advanced data analytics, and cloud managed services. Prior to this, they worked at Zen Internet in various roles including NOC/Service Desk Manager, NOC Team Leader, Service Desk Team Manager, Service Assurance Team Senior, Service Assurance Engineer, and Technical Support Consultant.

Michael Bullen obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from The University of Salford, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
