Customer Success Lead at Uber Freight

Ellen Condron has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a Hospitality Representative at Chicagoland Speedway. Ellen then worked as a Service Express Agent at The Westin Lombard Yorktown Center before moving on to a role as a Catering Coordinator at Smoque BBQ, where they provided telephone support, processed orders, and assisted in event planning. After that, they served as an Assistant Catering and Special Events Manager at La Cuisine Catering Company. Ellen continued their catering coordination work at Cater Biz before joining Uber Freight in 2017. At Uber Freight, they initially worked as a Customer Service Representative, providing exemplary service and resolving shipping issues. Ellen then became an Account Coordinator, supporting existing customer accounts and participating in the development and automation of Standard Operating Procedures. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Success Lead at Uber Freight.

Ellen Condron obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in the years 2008 to 2012. Recently, in the year 2019 to 2020, they attended Rutgers University to study Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
