Erick Alvarez

Erick Alvarez is a results-oriented supply chain management professional with 19 years of experience leading organizations across the LATAM region. Currently, they serve as Co-Founder at MOLTON BMA and Director of Operations in Transportation Management at Uber Freight. Previously, Erick held various roles at Eaton Corporation, including Regional Logistics Program Manager for LATAM and Supply Chain Manager for Colombia. They also gained early experience as a Materials Planner, Logistics Supervisor, and Inventory Management Supervisor at Whirlpool Corporation. Erick holds a Master’s degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey and an MBA from EGADE Business School.
