Luke Johnson

Luke Johnson, CPA has a diverse work experience in the accounting field. Luke started their career as a Finance/Accounting Intern at ConocoPhillips in 2007. After that, they worked as a Student at Oral Roberts University from 2004 to 2009. Luke then joined Lane Gorman Trubitt PLLC as a Staff Auditor in 2009 and was promoted to Senior II Auditor in 2011. In 2015, they moved to Varney & Associates, CPAs as an Audit Manager, where they managed financial statement audits for nonprofit and for-profit entities. In 2012, Luke joined Transplace and held various roles, including Accountant III, Accounting Manager, Controller of TM, Director of Revenue and Reporting, and finally, as Corporate Controller. During their time at Transplace, they gained experience in general ledger accounting, revenue and reporting, as well as international accounting and finance. Currently, Luke is the Head of Accounting at Uber Freight, responsible for all accounting operations, including corporate accounting policy setting, internal controls, compliance, and public reporting.

Luke Johnson, CPA holds an MBA in General Business from Oral Roberts University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their BS in Accounting at the same university from 2004 to 2008. Luke also earned their High School Diploma from MVHS in 2004. In addition to their educational accomplishments, Luke is a Certified Public Accountant.
