Tim Hinson

Tim Hinson has a wealth of experience in the transportation and logistics industry. Tim currently holds the position of Head of Transportation Management and EVP at Uber Freight, where they oversee a network of $18 billion worth of freight. Prior to joining Uber Freight, Tim served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Transplace before it was acquired by Uber Freight. Tim also worked as a Strategic Advisor at E2open and held the role of Chief Operating Officer at both BluJay Solutions and LeanLogistics. At CHEP, Tim served as the Vice President of Logistics Services and later as the Vice President of Logistics (Americas), overseeing a transportation spend of $1 billion. Tim started their career at Ryder System, Inc. as a Senior Director of Supply Chain.

Tim Hinson attended CEDEP - Executive Development in Fontainebleau from 2011 to 2013 and completed the Executive Education program. Prior to that, they studied at Monmouth College where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics, although the start and end years are unspecified.
