Will Groom

Will Groom has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the transportation and logistics industry. Will started their career as a Supervisor at Razorback Transit in 2006 and later became the Logistics Manager at the University of Arkansas in 2011, where they managed daily operations and implemented special projects for Transit & Parking. Will then joined Razorback Transit as the Safety & Training Manager in 2014, responsible for coordinating and providing training for CDL and non-CDL operators. Will joined Transplace in 2015, serving as a Transportation Coordinator, Logistics Specialist, Operations Manager, and eventually General Manager. Currently, they are working at Uber Freight, holding the positions of Senior Manager and Director of Operations.

Will Groom attended the University of Arkansas from 2005 to 2009, studying Business Management. Will obtained several additional certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from LeanSixSigma, a DOT Breath Alcohol Technician Trainer certification from CMI, Inc in June 2015, and certifications in Bus System Safety and Vehicle Operator Training from the Federal Transit Administration in 2014.
