A.j. Greulich

A.J. Greulich serves as the Global Director of Design & Construction for People and Places at Uber, overseeing the delivery of capital workplace projects within a global real estate portfolio of approximately 6 million square feet. Previous roles at Uber include Director of Workplace and Real Estate for the Americas and Director of Real Estate for the US and Canada, where A.J. managed transaction, portfolio, project, and facilities management. Prior experience includes positions at JLL, leading project management for significant accounts such as SAIC, and contributing as a Mechanical Engineer at BAE Systems on defense-related projects. A.J. holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University and an MBA from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business.
