Acacia Lu

Acacia Lu has extensive experience in finance and operations, having worked in various roles across prominent companies. At Grant Thornton Australia, Acacia served as a Senior Associate in Corporate Finance, focusing on M&A, financial due diligence, IPOs, and business valuation for mid-cap companies from May 2021 to April 2022. As a Co-Founder of Nine Stars Australia from August 2018 to October 2021, Acacia led the successful patenting and manufacturing of motion sensor technology for rubbish bins, managing all aspects of import, distribution, and operations. Prior experience includes a dual role at PwC Australia as Consultant and Senior Consultant in Financial Audit, where Acacia conducted audits across multiple sectors from February 2018 to December 2020. Most recently, Acacia held leadership positions in Strategy and Operations at Uber in September 2023. Acacia earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Melbourne and is a qualified member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
