Alan Doyle has extensive experience in technical support and client services, having worked at Sykes and Arise Europe as a Technical Support Analyst from December 2006 to July 2010. Alan then contributed to Everise from June 2017 to September 2023 in various roles, including Client Services, Insights and WFM Analyst, and Customer and E-Mail Support Analyst. Currently, Alan serves as a Risk and Compliance Specialist I at Uber since April 2024. Alan holds several qualifications from Limerick College of Further Education, including a Distinction in Supervisory Management and a National Certificate in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management.
