Alejandro González Arceo is an experienced Claims Specialist currently serving as the Director of International Claims for Uber, focusing on LATAM, EMEA, and APAC regions. With a strong background in the rideshare industry, they have honed skills in People Management, Business Process, Negotiation, and Risk Management. Prior to Uber, Alejandro held leadership roles at AXA Seguros México, including Head of Motor Claims and Subdirector Determinación de la Pérdida. They earned a Licentiate degree in Computer Technology from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey ITESM, graduating in 2005.
