Alyssa Allen

Alyssa Allen is an experienced Associate General Counsel for Global Labor & Employment at Uber, currently managing a global employment legal team and advising the Executive Leadership Team on various employment-related legal issues. With over 20 years of experience, Alyssa has held significant roles such as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Cadence Design Systems, where they managed global employment issues and litigation. Before this, Alyssa was the Founder and Managing Partner of Strategic Legal Partners, providing legal services to corporate legal departments and non-profits. They hold a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and a B.A. from Pepperdine University, both with honors.
