Anabela De Rose is a results-oriented Human Resources Executive with over twenty years of experience in Learning and Development. Currently serving as the Head of Central Learning & Development at Uber, Anabela leads global initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational standards. Previously, Anabela held key roles including Head of Learning at Silica and Senior Manager of Learning at MultiChoice Group, where they successfully implemented learning best practices and managed comprehensive HR responsibilities. Anabela holds an Honours BA in Psychology as well as a BA in Psychology and English, along with a Higher Diploma in Education.
