Angel Chu possesses extensive experience in operations and content moderation, having held various leadership roles in notable companies. At a stealth startup, Angel managed a team of Operations Specialists, overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures. Prior positions at TDCX involved content moderation within online trust and safety, where responsibilities included driving policy improvements and coaching team members, as well as serving as a Subject Matter Expert. Most recently, Angel worked at Uber as a Safety Investigation Specialist, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to resolve high-severity incidents through thorough investigations and critical problem-solving. Angel holds a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from Chung Shan Medical University.
