Anne Petrides

Anne Petrides is a Senior Director and Chief Actuary at Uber, bringing extensive experience in the actuarial, product, underwriting, finance, and accounting functions of property casualty (re)insurance. Previously, Anne held leadership roles at various firms, including Vice President at Hippo Insurance and Medical Insurance Exchange of California, where they managed risk assessment and product development. Anne also served at Platinum Underwriters Reinsurance, EY, Willis Towers Watson, Meetinghouse LLC, and Centre Re, developing expertise in loss reserving, pricing, and enterprise risk management. They are a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and are currently a candidate for the Certified Specialist in Predictive Analytics. Anne is pursuing a Master's in Statistics at the University of California, Berkeley, and holds a Bachelor's in Mathematics from Fairfield University.
