Anup Jain began their professional career in 2017 at Hindustan Zinc Limited, where they were recognized as the "Top performer of the year." Anup has held various roles in the engineering and operations sectors, including Project Trainee at Kalisindh Thermal Power Plant and Shift Superintendent at Vedanta Resources, contributing significantly to maintenance planning and reliability enhancements. Currently, Anup serves as a Business Operations Manager at Uber, leveraging data to optimize sourcing channels. They also completed an MBA at the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong, where they were an office bearer of the System and Analytics Club, promoting industry-oriented skill sharing.
