Arjun Paul

Arjun Paul is an experienced leader in vendor management and operations, currently serving as the Head of Vendor Management for Uber in the US & Canada Mobility sector since November 2017. In this role, Arjun sets the vision for managing one of the largest third-party BPO networks in the region, overseeing critical functions such as trip and payment issues, safety support, and global operations. Arjun's previous roles at Uber include Senior Program Manager positions focused on strategy, performance metrics, and community operations management. Prior to Uber, Arjun spent nearly a decade at American Express, where significant contributions included leading process excellence projects that resulted in over $10 million in savings and managing a tech support team. Arjun holds a Bachelor of Arts in English (Hons.) from Indira Gandhi National Open University and completed schooling at Apeejay School Sheikh Sarai.
