Arun Batra OBE

Arun Batra OBE is a Senior Director at Uber, where they lead Inclusion and culture on a global scale. Previously, Arun served as the Director of Equality and Diversity at the Greater London Authority and as a Partner at EY, where they headed the Global DEI consulting practice. They also held leadership positions in DEI at Snap Inc. and the Home Office. Arun has a strong academic background in law, having earned an LLB (Hons) and completed several legal practice courses at The University of Law. As the founder of the National & Global Equality Standard, they have been a prominent advocate for equality and diversity throughout their career.
