Ashish G. is currently an Engineering Manager in Ads at Uber, where they are building the Ads business after previously contributing to maps, consumer growth, and storage infrastructure teams. They began their career as a Software Engineer at Symantec, focusing on backup and replication systems, and subsequently worked at CommVault on virtual machine provisioning and backup management. Ashish also held a Software Engineer position at Clustrix, Inc., where they aided in the transition from appliance to software offering for a distributed database system.
