Ashley Koziol

Ashley Koziol is currently a Senior Manager of Inclusive Recruiting Programs at Uber, a position they have held since 2021. Previously, Ashley served as the Inclusive Recruiting Program Manager at Uber from 2019 to 2021 and held various roles at Google, including Staffing Channels Project Analyst and Diversity Innovation Lab Program Manager. Ashley's experience also includes a role as a Recruiting Coordinator at Adecco Group on assignment at Google, as well as internships and trainee positions focusing on human resources and language studies at the University of Arizona and The Lewis School, respectively. They hold a BA in Psychology and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Arizona.
